Define global for startup

Hello,
How can I define a global file that will be stored on a
directory for every user in my organization will use and
every update I need to do on the global, will be done on
a single file only and not per user?

Are you using Project Server 2002 or 2003? If so, the file you describe is
the Enterprise Global. The enterprise objects you define in the Enterprise
Global (Views, Tables, Filters, Groups, Fields, etc.) are automatically
loaded into the background for each user when he/she launches Microsoft
Project Professional and logs into Project Server. Hope this helps.
