? define Master Catagories list on a public contacts on exchnge se

Hummm,
I thought I had define the set of available catagories for all contacts
store or added to the shared company contacts folder (on exchange server)
that all employees will use. I had catagories like choice of which product
family the contact was interested in, as well as if they wished to recieve
our company news letter. To my surprise the catagory choices for others
users on our network are still the defualt ones. As per searches, the I
guess this list is stored on each personal computer's registery.

Is there any way to force this Master List out when in this folder, rather
than a screen shop of my master list sent out to all in an email asked them
to manually revise their master list? Doing this I know they be a few typos
and variations and I have more catagories in the public folder than I want!
