Hi
I have a machine with Windows XP Service Pack 2 and the latest patches.
I installed Office 2000 Pro (all applications) and then just upgraded
Outlook to 2003.
I installed all the service packs and patches to office and office 2003 (in
the right order)
When a user with restricted rights is trying to open the Define Send/Receive
window in order to configure the folders to synch. the window will not come
up and an error 27 will be logged in the application events with the
description "The operation failed"
When someone with administrator rights logon to it the send/receive window
opens without a problem.
Anyone saw it before.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you
Oren
