del/backspace key don't work

Hi,

I have some users that sometimes can't use the del and
backspace key in access 2002 under XP ( i have the same
problem with powerpoint.. )
Del key don't do anything and backspace key draw a square
instead of deleting a caracter. When I reboot the
computer, all restart OK and everything works pertefctly..

Any idea ? Thks !
