Delay in Mesage Delivery - Outlook XP

EVCNIS

Virgin install on Win2k or WinXP there is no delay of messsages from
Corporate Exchange Server

Install ANY Service Pack and there is a 10-15 minute delay or if the Outlook
folder list is Refreshed Email appears in the Inbox.


Is there a setting or configuration that we need to address?
