Delay in sending emails...

Good Morning ~

I have a strange problem with only a few of my Outlook
clients. It seems that our emails do not get sent out,
whether they are internal or external, unless we close
out of Outlook and reopen the client. I tried repairing
MS Office, I deleted my profile and reconfigured it, but
neither of these things helped. I really don't think
it's my Exchange Server, because there are no emails
waiting in the queue.

Any hints on why this could be happening?

Thanks in advance,

Sunnie

What version of Outlook? Are the clients configured to be offline?

Outlook 2000, and some are configured with offline
folders. There is at least one person not configured
with an offline folder who complains about this problem.

Do the clients with this problem have the "Send immediately when connected"
option checked? (Tools -> Options -> Mail Setup in Outlook 2002 and 2003, I
don't know whether it was present in Outlook 2000). Does pressing
Send/Receive send the message?
