Hello
We use Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2007.
One of our Administrators is responsible for entering appointments and jobs
into the calendars of all our Consultants. She has got Editor permissions on
all the calendars. However, whilst she can insert new items into other
peoples Calendars and she can see them there, the person whose calendar is
amended cannot see the new item until the Administrator has closed Outlook.
Since this is an ongoing process, she is having to close Outlook regularly.
Everyone is using the same Exchange Server and outlook is configured in
Cached mode.
I've done some research and I've checked settings but everything appears to
be configured normally and I can't find anything via Google. Has anyone had
a similar experience and if so, how did you fix it - indeed did you fix
it!!!
Many Thanks
John
