delay problem

When i use any of words or excel 2007... there is a delay time of 10-15sec
for every single command that i execute..

eg. like in excel, just to drag one column to another column it will pause a
while (abt 10sec) then only it will be moved as required.

This happening applies to most basic functions & other advance function as
well... sometimes it would take up to 20sec.. then follow by the whole system
is hang/not responding.

I've tried reload the whole office software before & it turns out ok
initially. But after a few assignments done, the syptoms is back again..

Would appreciate if anyone could just help me out here..
