We have 5 or 6 users who are having similar problems
sending and receiving e-mails. If they send a message,
you can see it just sit in the Outbox. As soon as they
click on the Outbox, the message is sent. If a message is
sent to them, it doesn't show up in their Inbox until
they select a different folder. As soon as they click on
a different folder (other than the one they are currently
in), the new message appears in the Inbox.
They are running Outlook 2000 SP3. Any ideas what might
be causing this?
Thanks,
Sean
