Delegate accepted meetings

Outlook 2002 SP3
Exchange 2003 SP1

When delegate accepts updated reoccuring meeting, Calendar items still shows
as "Tentative" in Executive mailbox.. Delegate states that she must open the
calendar item directly and reaccept a 2nd time or there is a possibility the
item will drop off Exec's calendar..

Any Ideas?
