Delegate accepts for all invitees

Hi,
I am new to Outlook so maybe I'm missing a setting
somewhere.
I have a delegate to accept appointments to my calendar,
works great except when the appointment is sent to a
group,then the delegate is able to accept for everyone
that was invited.
