Delegate Deleting Apopintment Invites and Owner Not Getting

I work with Microsoft Office with an Exchange Servier. I have Editor rights
to my boss' calandar. The problem I have is that if I delete (or have read) a
appointment invite before he accepts it it dissapears and he cant accept it.
I have resorted to going thru the invites and putting his in a folder then
waiting till he accepts them so that it doesnt happen anymore. I understand
if I can't delete them but is there a way I can create a rule for putting
them in a folder but not ones that have my name incase we are both required
to attend a meeting. Then I can clean out the folder when necessary.
