Delegate gets a copy of nearly all meetings.

I have a user who is a delegate of another. The secratary manages the
calendar of her boss. She uses the boss calendar to accept meetings but some
of those meetings are copied directly to her calendar even if she's not in
the guest list. I can't find an exact patern to the meetings being copied
over or not. Private or not.
