Delegate permission problem

Hi all,

Running in a corporate enviroment Exchange 2000 and outlook 2000

The problem is... trying to delegate permission to another user, I can add
the user and set the permission, click Apply then OK, and close everything
out, but if I go back into the delegate tab and open up the new delegate's
permissions they are all set back to NONE.

I have tried to delete the delegates on both side and it keeps reverting
back to NONE, the delegate is still there but they have no permissions.

The user has another person that is setup as a delegate and their permission
are correct and never change.

I have also delete every delegate that they have set and reinserted them,
but this does not work either.

I hope that someone can help me out with this,
