User1 is listed in User2's delegates. User2 has "editor" access and the box
for "Send meeting requests and responses only to my delegates, not to me" is
checked. Pretend User2 sends on behalf of User1 to Bob. When Bob replies
to this e-mail is it supposed to go to User2's inbox or User1's?
