Delegate rights fade in and out on contacts

A delegate with the proper permissions can add contacts to
a users contacts folder. Sometimes she can see the
contacts she added sometimes she can't. If the user's
malbox is removed and added again everything seems to be
fine for one ot two contacts additions...then the
malfunction returns. The permission always allow here to
actually add the contact...she just can't ever see it once
added.

Any ideas. Anyone ever see this before?
