Delegate Rights

Hello

I have an issue with setting a delegate to a User's Calendar. I am able to search and pull the user from the GAL and set the permissions. I set the permissions and then I close out of Outlook. I get an error message saying: "Unable to update free/Busy info, you do not have permission to log on. Then I log back into the account and I see the name on the delegate although the permissions are not able set. Please any help would be great..
