Delegate see blank contacts

I'm trying to configure a delegate in Outlook 2000 (in an Exchage 2000
environment). In some cases, the delegate will see mostly blank contacts.
When the user tries to access a blank contact, the error messages indicates:
"Can't open this item. You don't have the appropriate permission to perform
tis operation." This user is a delegate for three different exchange
mailboxes, but only sees this behavior in one. The delegate permissions are
setup identically, as well. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Appreciate any advice...
