Delegate sent items issue

Hi,
We are migrating from Lotus Notes to MS Exchange and have to stop the
migration as we came across a very hard-coded limitation from Microsoft
Exchange/Outlook.
The limitation is :
Microsoft Exchange Server gives you the ability to send mail on behalf of
another user. This is done by giving the appropriate permission in the
Microsoft Exchange Server Administrator program.
For example, if a user called USER1 has been given such rights for USER2,
then USER1 can send a message on behalf of USER2. If you want to create a
rule such that all messages sent by USER1 on behalf of USER2 are moved to a
folder called Sent On Behalf Of USER2, nothing in the Rules wizard lets you
do that.

Till now, we have not come across any solution and client is strongly
reluctant to move to exchange environment and is insisting to revert back to
Notes.

I am afraid. Also, if anyone is aware of reliable add-in that allows users
to select where to store the emails that he is sending would also help.

Keenly waiting for you help,
jatin
