I goofed with iCal/Entourage sync and now have the following situation:

I am the delagate for boss's calendar. Our's is an Exchange server (2003). Boss's calendar created using Outlook on PC. I'm on a MacPro using Entourage 2008 12.2.1.

While trying to coordinate our calendars on iCal, (as Entourage is having email issues with the 2003 server) I managed to merged the two Entourage calendars (mine and the boss's) in iCal (which mushed the two calendar events into one calendar in iCal. Then (in a panic) created a new calendar in an attempt to separate them (in iCal), and dragged and dropped the boss's calendar icon (in Entourage) over the calendar icon that represents my calendar (don't ask why, but this is where the trouble started). iCal showed two calendars: the boss's (no longer "mushed" with my events, but clean and separate) and a new blank calendar. I couldn't find my events anywhere.

In Entourage, what should be my main calendar, is filled with my boss's events, only, and checked as default. Also, my boss's calendar (separate, and located as expected below his account name on the left navigation bar) is also checked with default check mark (green/white).

Looks like the boss's calendar is now my default and when I try to view what should be my main calendar, I see his events.

I can live with starting over with a new blank calendar for me, but I don't want to risk killing the boss's calendar in the process. Need to establish an new blank calendar as my new main default and remove the default status of the boss's calendar while I still remain the delegate for his calendar in Entourage. I've disabled the "sync with iCal" function in Entourage. (iCal can wait!)

Please help. I know this can be done.
