Delegates and permissions

Tom Hagen Jr

I'm having issues with an Outlook 2003 migration from Notes. (Notes to Exchange Server) We are having problems with supervisors giving permissions to their delegates on the mailbox and having the permission be inherited to the upper folders. Right now I'm having to do SMS remote to each of the supervisors computers and for every "folder" in Outlook apply the permission that was setup on the root mailbox. Anyway this can be sped up or am I'm doomed to clicking and doing this on every folder imported from Lotus Notes Server?

Thanks,

There are tools to help with bulk mailbox permission assignments -- see
http://www.slipstick.com/exs/permissions.htm#tools -- but otherwise, it's a
manual process.
