Delegates not working properly

Using Exchange Server 2003, I can share my Outlook calendar and contacts
with another Outlook user, but if I log into Entourage with the Outlook
user's name and password, I can't open the calendar or contacts (even though
all the user's information shows up in Entourage). I am given an error
about the user's mailbox not being found.

This happens regardless of whether I select the user as a delegate in the
Account Settings/Exchange/Delegates panel.

Oddly, one Outlook user has successfully shared her calendar and contacts
with an Entourage user.

Any thoughts?

It sounds like you're having redirection issues from the Exchange server and
Entourage. Try using the Advanced button on the "Add Another User's
Mailbox" or "Open Other User's Folder" person look-up dialog. Those dialogs
allow you to override the process Entourage uses to find a mailbox and
simply place a path directly to the mailbox within the server name field.
