Delegates on calendar

Hi

This may seem fairly stupidly straightforward but I cant see how to do
it.

In Outlook 2007, I have a team calendar where I'm the holder and my
staff are all delegates with Editor permissions. Is there a way I can
set up an automatic notification of any amendments to appointments
(not meetings) so I can keep a record of modifications?
