Delegates - Outlook 2003 vs. OWA

We are switching over from using Corporate Time to Outlook Exchange.
We are trying to figure out if our departmental secretary can perform effectively as a Delegate for our DEO and our Departmental Administrative Associate by using the OWA Client.
She would need to be able to schedule and accept/decline meeting requests.

Also, is there a comparsion chart showing the differences in capabilities of a Delegate when using Outlook 2003 or OWA?

OWA will not allow you to use the delegate feature.

I suggest you post in an Exchange group for more information on OWA.
