Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

can someone tell me how to get the Delegate lookup for Calendars to work in ENT - we are using Exchange, mail works fine. We see the delegates assigned from Windows Outlook in the Delegates box, but if we try to add from ENT we get an error - what do we need to do to set this up

any links or info would be appreciated

What you're doing should work but you haven't told us the error messages
you're receiving to help you troubleshoot.

I am in the Calendar, Folder Properties: Calendar and I am in the Select User to Find the delegate - I enter a name and the message is

"An error occurred and the search could nto be completed"

In a New Event for Calendar, I can see names and emails for attendees

What version of Exchange Server are you using? Entourage 2004 handled
some delegation with Exchange Server 2003 via some odd MAPI workarounds
but Entourage 2008 handles them with Exchange Server 2007 via Web
Services. Knowing this may give you an idea of where to start
troubleshooting.
