We've recently moved from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 and now previous
delgates are unable to open up other user's folders in Outlook 2003. So far
I've removed the permissions from Tools/Options/Delegates and readded them,
but when you go to File/Open/Other User's Folder... you just get a message
back that says "Unable to open folder." I'm pretty sure this is an Outlook
(as opposed to Exchange) issue because if the delegate logs in as themself to
OWA2003 and then append username/inbox to the address they can view the
delegated folders. Anybody got any ideas?
Thanks,
