Delegation issues - Secretary on PC, Boss on Mac

Hi all,

Environment: PC with XP Prof SP2 and Outlook 2003 SP2; Mac with OS
10.4.2 and Entourage 2004 SP2; Exchange Server 2003 SP2.

A secretary is using a PC with Outlook 2003 to view a boss's Mailbox.
The boss is on Mac platform. Delegation has been set for the secretary
via Outlook on the PC.

Problem: When an appointment invitation is sent to the boss, and the
secretary Accepts on his behalf, the resulting appointment shows up in
Outlook on the PC but NOT on Entourage on the Mac.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Does it show up properly on the Webmail??
