Right-click>Delete.

I tried right clicking all over the 'extras no longer needed' calendars that
I created and nothing happened. I still have 6 and only want to keep two.
Should the click be in any particular place on the unwanted calendar?
Thanks for your help.

"extras no longer needed" is not an Outlook message.

What addin do you have installed that gives this message?

click on it on the folder side (left) - you can also drag them into one of
the calendars you want to delete then delete that one calendar. It's a
little faster than deleting them one by one.

I accidentally imported Calendar data to a new email account. I want to
completely delete all the calendar data for this account in Outlook 2003. I
have tried following the Office Online instructions, which says:
1. In the Navigation Pane, click Calendar
2. On the View menu, point to Current View, then click By Category.
3. Click Categories: (none), and then press CTRL+A
All items in the list should now be selected
4. Press DELETE.

The problem I am having is how does one Click Categories "None" there is no
such option that I can find.

Now the option for Categories (none) (# items) is appearing.

Its directly under the Subject heading... Example below:

Subject

- Categories (none) (# items)

It doesn't matter what you select when you switch to the table view. Click
on ANY item and then CTRL-A will select them all. Clicking or pressing
Deleet after that will remove everything.
