Delete a project gantt in PS2003

Hi,

As having some issues with a project gantt, we would like to import same
gantt as new and delete the existing gantt. What happens the tasks assigned
if the project gantt itself is deleted? From PWA view, does it say that the
project has been deleted?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Views simply format how data is displayed. Deleting or adding Views has no
effect on the underlying data (except how or if it's displayed) in either
Project Pro or PWA.

I think you need to clarify the term "project gantt" as it sounds as though
you may be talking about a schedule file and not a view, although your words
indicate you are talking about a view.

Sorry for the confusion.
I meant a "project plan."

Sara:

When you delete the current project, it will delete everything, including
all of the actual work values in the system. If there is data that you need
to preserve, then this might not be the best approach. You can certainly
replace the current file with a new one, but the system will see this as a
brand new project. What are you hoping to accomplish?
