Delete a resource with no work or actual

I go into the Resource Usage and see there is no work or actual work for a
resource. When I attempt to delete it, it warns me there are actuals do I
want to continue. I don’t see any actuals. And when I delete it, I see
other resources missing from some assignments. Any ideas what’s going on?

Do you mean that on your project plan view, u've a person who has no hours of
work ASSIGNED or no actuals DOCUMENTED? That's strange, because a person
would not be listed at all unless on the task sheet they are assigned a task

If your project is tied to the server, and your resource is listed against a
task...even though that person has never documented any actuals, the server
remains BOSS. If you attempt to delete the resource, it merely sees that you
are attempting to get rid of a person that is ASSIGNED some hours of work...

And...it doesn't make sense the way stated...that other "resources" go
missing. ??
