Delete Administrative time

Dear All

I'm using MS Project Server 2007.
Administrative time in timeheet (for example. Billing category :
Administrative) have been deleted by Resource X.

He will try to add line to add the administrative time line, but it was
entered in project task (Non Administrative)

Can we add the line, so it's like the initial state ?
