Delete appointments is still shown in Calender.

Hi

How can i delete appointments, there is show in calender.
This happens when a user deletes a appointments and when i look in the calender, i can se a blue line and when i let the mouse over it, it show the appointments but in the text, it show "deleted". But i whan't the calender to delete is permanet.
