Delete blank paper at end of Publisher Web page ?

How do you remove spare paper at the end of each page in a Publisher Web
document, please? - I get about 2 or 3 extra blank pages at the end of every
page. What have I done wrong to get this, please? As the text on every page
is in a text box (by default) I can't use the show/hide icon in the toolbar.

Thanks, Geoff Tyson.

By default, your Publisher web document is long, but when you do a web
preview, you will notice that the page ends after the last design element on
the page...assuming that you are not using Pub 2002. This is by design, as
it allows you to have variable length web pages. If you need to print a hard
copy, then print from the web preview, and you won't get the extra pages.

This is not a website, although you may be viewing it though one, this is a
nntp newsgroup (Usenet) - viewing this through web interface is clunky at
best.

Most people mung their email addresses in the ngs due to email
harvesters/spam, besides a lot of people frown on email through the
newsgroups...it's proper netiquette to ask first if you can email them.
While we are on netiquette...it's considered SHOUTING if you type in all
capitals.

Web pages have no end they will go on into infinity if you keep typing,
although I think Publisher will limit page length but this is not norbal.

Thank you, Rob, for both pieces of advice about netiquette. I do like to
address people correctly, as it is a courtesy, so your tips will help a lot.

Thank you also for the note about Publisher blank paper in a web publication.

I found it diffficult to locate this page so as to reply to you (which is
why I mentioned the email address in my other reply) and impossible to locate
the page which allowed me to send off a rating on the reponse to my question.
I will keep at it!

Thanks again,

Geoff Tyson
