Delete Color Schemes

I would like to delete all the default color schemes and just have my custom
color scheme in my document. Anyone know how to do this?

So I don't have much control over the color schemes? I can add a custom color
scheme but I can't modify it unless I delete it and start over. I can't
delete any of the default schemes - makes for alot of confusion when you try
to pass a file to someone else who doesn't have the same color scheme set up
