Delete contact from To field in new message

Petra

When creating a new message, the user can enter a character into the To:
filed and a list appears. The problem is that the list contains old email
addresses. How can the user delete the old address and add or replace it
with a new or correct address?

Thanks, P

I believe that list is called the Nick Name list. There are ways to do that,
but I don't know them. First, look up in Outlook help about the Nick Name
list, and the post a new question specifically about cleaning up the nick
name list.
