delete enterprise project

Hey,

I try to delete enterprise projects, but one project i can't delete ... i
can't publish, i can't save, ... .

His status is 'Waiting To Be Processed' in queue. This project is also
scheduled to archive and his status is 'Getting Queued' since a week. I tried
to retry the job, but he is still in 'Getting Queued' (Job Type = Archive
project) state.

Can someone help me?

If a job state is 'Getting Queued' it can be force cancelled directly from
the manage queue page.

1) Under Advanced Options, check the box next to 'Cancel jobs getting
enqueued'

2) Uncheck the option 'Cancel subsequent jobs in the correlation' if
you want the subsequent jobs in that particular thread to still process
(i.e. jobs in queue position 2 - n for the project in question)

3) In the Job Grid, select the checkbox next to the job stuck in the
state of 'Getting Queued'

4) Click 'Cancel Jobs'

5) Refresh the screen to validate that the job was cancelled.

6) If it does not cancel, attempt this process again
