Delete field from table - relationship error

I posted this question under "Lookup fields - Yes or No?" but I fear the
question is nested too deep in the thread and no one will see it.

I am trying to delete a lookup field from a table because I see now the
lookup should be done in a form and just insert the ID number value into the
table. However, I keep getting an error about the field being part of a
relationship. I don't have any relationships in my relationships window and
I can't see that any queries have links to the table using this field.

Can you tell me how I can figure out what other object is linked to this
field so I can break that link and remove the lookup field?

Just answered in that thread. You DON'T need to or want to delete the
field; just change its lookup property from Combo to Textbox.
