I created a publisher document with a catalog merge. I later deleted the
merge portion of the document. However, everytime I open this document I get
the prompts about reconnecting to the database, etc.
In the Tools>Options>General tab I can see how I can modify the file
locations for merge fields. But it appears that I cannot delet them.
How can I get rid of these annoying prompts withoug completely rebuilding
the document from scratch?
