Delete files

Help. Inadvertenly some files were delete from our data
base by someone using Queries then the query name of
Patient_alpha. Is there any way to get these deleted
files back?- They are not in the recycle bin. The main
table file name of 'Soap' goes from record 2 down to 4 and
so on so you can tell that some of the rows have been
deleted. These are the ones I need to get back. Any help
is appreciated.

Nothing you can do. Access databases are like a Word
document without an undo. If you delete a whole bunch of
lines you won't see the lines in the recycle bin. The best
you can hope for is if you have some backup of the entire
access file (assuming you are not linked to another data
source) through your network you can either replace your
existing file with the backed up one or try to copy the
missing records back in from the backed up one.
