Delete meeting organzer from invitation

I set up HR interviews for our Manager but do not sit in on the meetings, yet
Outlook includes me. I can just decline the invite, but it seems like there
should be a way to NOT invite myself.

Arrange delegate permission for the Manager's calendar and make the
appointments directly into the manager's calendar.
