Delete old email address

I've deleted an old email address, deleted my nk2 file and changed my junk email
folder to permanently delete junk email addresses.
Outlook still tries to send an email to the old address when I send an email to the contacts new address.
The email is not in contacts, address book or auto complete.
How can I locate it and delete?
