Delete Old Exchange Info

I used an exchange hosting service from Company A. For some reason, I has
having lots of problems with Outlook requesting user name and password about
every 5 minutes. I would have to enter the info three times (the remember
password option didn't remember the password) before the popup would
disappear. However like I said, it would return after 5 minutes.

I have had a lot of communications with the Company A's tech support, and
they still can't solve the problem. So I canceled my service with them and
deleted the profile. I switched to Company B.

Company B's service is pretty good, and the setup went flawless. However,
just as before, the same popup appeared with my user name from Company B
already filled in. However, the exchange server listed in the pop up from
from Company A. WTF I thought.

I have tried everything to get rid of this extremely annoying popup. I have
deleted the profile several times, erased all the .pst files in the outlook
folder, and even uninstalled/reinstalled/repaired outlook. Still that
annoying popup from Company A continues.

It seems that Outlook doesn't delete exchange account information if you
delete the profile. After I ran the setup file from Company B after
reinstalling OL, I was surpised to see that all of Company B's exchange
settings were still there. Oh, and let's not forget Company A's annoying
popup was there also.

How do I perform and uninstall that permanently erases all exchange data
returning OL to its orignal settings?

Version of Outlook?
Version of Windows?

When you get a password prompt from an Exchange account, it fills in the
username of the last one that you used. Fill in the username and password of
Company B and the next prompt shouldn't list your username of Company A.

Reinstalling Outlook won't help with configuration issues.
