It doesn't give me the option to choose calendar. It only archive emails.
Where is the calendar archive settings? Help menu doesn't say either.
Microsoft should really support there software better.

Try r-clicking on the Calendar folder and picking Properties, AutoArchive

No, right clicking doesn't work. Basically goes into the General Autoarchive
section. (which is emails, NOT CALENDAR items) Thanks!

I can before going on this User to User forum.

You seem to be under the false impression that this is a Microsoft support
venue. It's not. It's peer-to-peer. Outlook users talking with other
Outlook users. No Microsoft people.

My point exactly, this is a User to User forum.
Microsoft should learn how to support there BILLION dollar software.
They do support their BILLION dollar software. Call them and pay for
support.

If you have Outlook 2003 or earlier, right-click on the Calendar folder in
the Mailbox folder list in the left pane, then click Properties, then click
the AutoArchive tab. There you will find all the settings you can change to
archive your Calendar items.
If you have Outlook 2007, you first have to open your Calendar in a new
window then you'll see on the left a folder list with a Calendar folder, the
process is then exactly the same as described above.
