delete pictures from a Digital camera

I copied pictures to the computer, now I want to delete them from the digital
camera. How do I perform that function

With the camera or its card plugged it to PC
Use Start | MyComputer
Treat the camera/card just like a floppy or thumb drive and delete the files
best wishes

As Bernard said or in the alternative, read the camera's manual for
directions. This is not an Office or Microsoft issue.
