delete project server account on a local machine

I have a user who created a project server account on his local machine and
now wants to delete that account. If he selects the account to be removed,
the remove button is desensitized but the button is sensitized for other
accounts. What's the problem and how do I correct it. Thanks and best

The person in questions needs to do the following:

1. Launch Microsoft Project Professional
2. In the Project Server Accounts dialog, he/she needs to select the My
Computer account and click the Work Offline button
3. Click Tools - Enterprise Options - Microsoft Office Project Server
Accounts
4. In the Project Server Accounts dialog, select the account and click the
Remove button
5. Click the OK button
