Delete Projects; PRO vs. PWA

Using MSProject 2003ent

Can someone explain (if any) the differences between deleting a project
using (Pro, PWA, or PSCleaner)? Does deleting a project using these methods
create the same results? If a user deletes a project while in Pro are all
aspects of the project removed? I would like to know the best method for
removing/deleting projects from server.
