We are in the process of training our users and have a test
environment set up. Of course you have users request status reports of
the other class members during class. Is there a way to delete these
requested reports without having each trainee delete them before
leaving class?
The other issue is that once we verified that our test environment was
stable. We imaged the test environment, created a SQL backup and
restored them into our production environment. Of course during
testing we created projects, issues, tasks, and status reports. Those
items transferred foward with the image and SQL backup of the test
environment.
I went into PWA and deleted all the test projects and subwebs, deleted
any orphaned subwebs in Sharepoint Team Services, and deleted all info
from the database cleanup section in PWA. The users are still geting
status report requests from the test projects. It would be great if I
could stop those requests without having each test user login as
themselves and delete them individually.
Any ideas?
