I have two types of values in a column. One that contains a value with a dot
(GB2-E0031.02) and one that does not contain a value with a dot (GB2-E0031) I
would like to delete the whole row If the value in column B does not contain
a dot (.)

Many thanks in advance.

1) Select the column
2) Go to menu data/filter/auto filter
3) In the dropdown list of criteria, select custom...
4) In the criteria setup, select "Contains" and type "." as value
5) This will show only those rows which "."
6) Delete these rows (after filtered)
7) Go to menu data/filter/auto filter to remove filter.
