Delete rows in worksheet

I understand that the worksheet default has 256 columns and
65536 rows. Is there a way to set the worksheet to contain
only 3000 rows and 30 columns?

All you can do is hide the rows & columns that you do not want to se

I know about the hide functions but it takes up memory
because i need to create about 200 worksheets in a single
workbook each containing 3000 rows X 30 columns.

That's a lot of data, have you considered using a database instead?

A worksheet always has 256 columns and 65536 rows. You can't change this.

But I would find 200 worksheets difficult to navigate through. You may want to
consider multiple workbooks.
