Delete table attachments

Hi,

I'm using Access 2000 SP1 in Windows XP Professional. I split all my
applications into data and interface files, then link the data tables to the
interface file. When I delete an attachment in the database container using
the delete key on the keyboard, Access closes. If I delete the attachment
using the context menu, it does not. What's the problem with using the
keyboard?
